Jan has served in Harvest Assembly’s childcare department since 2020. She has also served on the Greeter Team off and on for many years. While her husband was in the Navy, she served as the Ombudsman for her husband’s ship, providing comfort to the spouses while the ship deployed. During that time, she organized and hosted a Christian Deployed Spouse support group. Jan also worked in various law firms assisting in home closings and has since retired.
Jan is the mother of 5 adult children, 2 teenage daughters and has 11 grandchildren. Her hobbies include spending time with her family. She homeschools her 2 teenage daughters and currently teaches 1st and 2nd grade Geography in their Christian Co-Op. Jan and her husband, Michael, also host a Home Group for couples. Jan’s desire is that Jesus is planted in the hearts of the children who enter the doors of Harvest. Her prayer is that as they grow, they come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and live fully devoted to Him.
